Martin W. Bühler

Martin Bühler was admitted to the Bar of British Columbia in 2003 after practising law in Ontario for two years. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, including contract claims, property disputes, shareholder remedies, oppression and derivative actions and commercial torts. Mr. Bühler has appeared before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario.

Mr. Bühler is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and the Canadian Bar Association.
