As Church & Company restricts its practice to
litigation, it is available to receive and act on
client referrals from other law firms. Principal sources of referrals are national full service law firms who more and more frequently face legal conflicts which prevent them from representing major clients on specific litigation matters. In these circumstances, Church & Company has the expertise to deal with major complex litigation matters and will always attempt to ensure that, once a case is completed, the referred client returns to the referring law firm. Church & Company also accepts, and encourages, referrals from law firms throughout British Columbia and Canada who require assistance with litigation matters. Some of Church & Company's major cases have originated from solicitor's firms throughout British Columbia, including on Vancouver Island.
